Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to running, camping or swim because these exercises are good for Enhanced cardiopulmonary function. Other people like to stay healthy by eating water, boiled eggs and beef. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.

For example, I like to jump rope, swim and running. The reason I like to jump rope is because Becomes high. I also like to swim because Lung capacity improves. Finally, I often like to running because Muscle endurance improves .

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat chicken, noodle and banana at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat chicken is because replenish my muscles. I also like to eat noodle because Noodles make me more appetizing than rice. Finally, I like to banana fruit because great fruit.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fast food, Ham or BBQ because Konjac Strips.

In conclusion, Strong body, good health, long life.
